- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Black would never meet with me, and only had his assistant schedule and meet with me. I had a severe bucket handle tear of the meniscus in my left knee, back in January 2017. This was "repaired" by a surgeon in Olympia, WA, and I have since been having issues with it. Such as slipping sideways and trying to buckle backwards, along with such severe pain that runs down into my big toe and all the way up into my groin. Sometimes causing me to become nauseated. (This has put a tremendous amount of strain on my relationship with my beloved. What is wrong with this picture?) Yet Dr.Black and his assistant say there is NOTHING that can be done for me. I have requested a second opinion from the good folks of OHSU. I pray that they can do something more for me, as so far no one else is even willing to try!!!!!!!!! From what I can tell of Dr Black, he really could care less about his patients, and their overall well-being. He doesn't care if they are in real pain. If one asks for help, with pain meds/ therapy of sorts, he assumes you are seeking drugs and DOES NOT HELP!!!!!!! BAD DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!#August 21, 2017by Thais McConville
